Event Information
 A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is one of Broadway's most brilliantly conceived musical comedies. Based on the work of Plautus, Forum follows the exploits of a clever slave, Pseudolus, as he bargains and plots to gain his freedom. The play is a marathon of vaudeville in togas with characters (slaves, patricians, eunuchs, and generals) whizzing from one ridiculous situation to another to the fabulous score. A comedy tonight!

Performing Arts Academy ...?
The OCVTS Performing Arts Academy (PAA) is a four-year public high school, administered by the Ocean County Vocational Technical School District. The school, which opened its doors in September 2001, is designed to provide performing arts curricula focused in dance, vocal music and acting along with a rigorous college preparatory academic program. The academy offers a unique, nurturing and challenging learning experience for students, living in Ocean County, who are gifted in the performing arts. Enhanced performing arts training empowers graduates with the practical skills for higher education and/or a professional career in the arts. The unique teaching philosophy strives to incorporate the arts into all educational areas by integrating curriculum and by interaction with professionals from the arts industry.
